I have always heard, from all the marketing gurus, that conventional wisdom dictates, that in order to grab a readers attention, you should use a title with a negative connotation. ‘The Truth About TriVita, is not actually a negative phrase, but our mind interrupts that phrase negatively. Curious creatures, we human beings, why would we be more attracted to negative stories than positive stories? How many positive stories do you hear on the evening news everyday? I don’t know about you, but I grew up in a household where the evening news was not to be missed, so I feel that experience helped to condition me to expect the negative, and to complete that conditioning, I have lived my entire life in New Jersey. Have you read the ‘Soprano State’? If you haven’t you should, and yes, it’s unbelievable, and yes, it’s all true. So, by using those three little words, ‘The Truth About’, I can immediately grab your attention because you expect to hear a negative story, maybe some dirty little deeds, or read an expose on some well known politician or celebrity. Actually, expose` is not used only for the negative, according to Webster, here is the definition of expose’;
“A formal recital or exposition of facts; exposure, or revelation, of something which some one wished to keep concealed.”
Certainly not negative, but it has been so over used by the media that we have become conditioned to expect negative content when we see the word ‘expose`’. The verb, expose` could just as easily be used to expose someone’s charitable deeds not witnessed by others, but what fun would that be? The German language even has a word for this human condition, ‘Schadenfreude’, a loose translation goes something like this, ’finding joy in the misfortune of others’, it seems to be an unconscious reaction, maybe it’s just relief that it’s not you?
But let me get back on track, you expected to hear the truth about TriVita™ and ‘Cooperative Marketing’, and you will hear the truth and nothing but the truth, something I find refreshing in the network marketing world, no hype, just the facts.
I have bounced in and out of network marketing opportunities for too many years to admit to, shortly after my last fiasco, when I swore off any networking opportunities once and for all, for all didn’t last very long. I got a call from a friend about a company named TriVita. Now, I had never heard of TriVita before that day, and I assumed it was just another startup destined for a quick demise of some sort, but what I learned in the next couple of days changed my mind and my life, it truly is that powerful.
If you understand what TriVita puts in front of you, and the magnitude of the possibilities, saying ‘NO’ to the TriVita opportunity is not an option; that is of course, if you are really serious about building a business and not afraid of finally achieving the success you say you want.
When I said that I have been in and out of network for a number of years, I was not exaggerating. My first experience was with Amway, let’s just say it was before 1970 and I was a teenager. I didn’t know I was involved in a network marketing opportunity. I thought I had a part time job selling soap, and the reason I believed that was because that was how it was sold to me. Since then there have been well over a dozen different ‘opportunities’ that I became involved with and I had little or no financial success, and we all understand that financial success is the primary reason someone enters into a business venture. When I say ‘little’ financial success, I mean very little. These dozen plus opportunities didn’t just end, there would always be no shortage of drama involved in the end, causing even more stress.
Here’s a few examples of the companies that failed with the most drama, for instance; the founder of one company absconds with a boatload of cash, right after the company’s annual gala; another company announces they are cancelling all distributor contracts and you never see a dime of the money they promise to refund; the company doesn’t have the cash to produce the product to fill the orders they currently are holding; bad news hits the press and the company folds overnight (happened three times), and if you can imagine any outlandish scenario involving the demise of a network marketing company, it has probably already happened in network marketing. This type of bad behavior has been common in network marketing, which is why I finally swore off any more network marketing opportunities, that is until TriVita discovered me.
I can’t say I found TriVita for two reasons, someone else introduced me to TriVita™ and it was already a 9 year old company when I joined. Nine years old, now ten at this writing, and still growing and prospering. If you look back at TriVita’s history you can see how the foundation was built, on solid financial footing through sound management and careful planning.
One huge difference I see, is that most network marketing companies are formed by network marketers who had phenomenal success in a previous networking company, or wild eyed entrepreneurs with a goal of ‘Big Fast Cash’. Sound familiar? Now, don’t get me wrong, I am a staunch capitalist by nature and I love the idea of Big Fast Cash, but be serious and think this out, if ‘Big Fast Cash’ is that easy, wouldn’t we all be filthy rich? Remember what I said, no hype. Don’t go down the Big Fast Cash Highway. I know, I’ve been there and it is most assuredly a Dead Broke End, with plenty of misery stops along the way.
When I realized what TriVita offered and that it was past the danger years (that being any company with less than a five year profitable track record) I literally jumped into the opportunity that was being offered to me. No one could have stopped me, not even my promise to myself, swearing that I was done wasting my time and money with network marketing companies, nothing could have stopped me.
So, what made TriVita such a compelling opportunity to me? What was the difference that compelled me to negate my promise to myself and rush to join TriVita? What was the irresistible offer? What did TriVita have, that all of the others did not have? What was the overwhelming difference for me?
I’m so glad you asked. The answer is ‘Cooperative Marketing’, a unique business model that I have not seen or heard of in any other company. What is ‘Cooperative Marketing’ and what makes it a unique business model? In order to easily understand Cooperative Marketing, I have to give you a brief history of TriVita and how the Cooperative Marketing business model developed, it plays out more or less as follows.
The founder of TriVita™, Michael Ellison, for personal health reasons decided to create a company dedicated to producing and distributing the highest quality neutraceutical supplements available in the marketplace, and he succeeded with TriVita.
I may have jumped ahead a little, first, let me introduce Michael Ellison. Almost 30 years before Michael Ellison founded TriVita, he was already a successful business owner, he founded and grew, an industry leading, advertising media company, which carries his name, Ellison Media. Ellison Media has been growing and prospering under Michael Ellison’s guidance for over 30 years. Ellison Media, among other media venues, produces and airs many of the infomercials you see on television. Can you see where this is going? Direct sales company of sorts, founded by an industry leading owner of an advertising media company, watch out for the falling ton of bricks!
Here’s how TriVita gets it done. TriVita™ garners customers from the airing of infomercials as well as ‘all’ other sources of available media, such as; newsprint, magazines, direct mail, and the airing of radio commercials. Through these efforts, TriVita now has over 2.5 million active customers, and they acquire over 1000 new customers daily, that’s customers, not prospective customers. These are people who have actually purchased a product from TriVita.
Now the exciting part for me and you, if you can see what I saw in TriVitas’ form of ‘profit sharing’, called ‘Cooperative Marketing’. ‘Cooperative Marketing’ is TriVitas’ answer to controlling their advertising budget and our answer to a successful business without ever having to sell anything to anyone. Here’s how ‘Cooperative Marketing’ works: TriVita allows its’ affiliate members to acquire customers from TriVitas’ advertising efforts and yes there is a fee for this ‘service’, but that fee is far less than the cost of advertising on my own, to acquire that same customer. I know this to be true, because I have attempted to acquire customers through various means of advertising in the other businesses I spoke about earlier.
Advertising is better left to professionals. If you are new to advertising, it will consume whatever budget you have and demand more. It can become a ‘Black Hole’, drawing in all of your cash and returning disappointing results. With TriVitas’ ‘Cooperative Marketing’, you have a reasonable fixed cost to ‘advertise’, and you have guaranteed results, live customers.
Once you have purchased that customer, you now ‘own’ the commission rights to that customer for life, yes, for life! The first time my new customer reorders I get a 40% bonus on that entire order and a 21% commission every time my customer orders any product after that initial reorder. No other network marketing company offers anything remotely resembling TriVitas’ ‘Cooperative Marketing’ program, not one, and that is what separates ‘success’ with TriVita and ‘failure’ with 98% of the ‘others’. TriVitas’ ‘Cooperative Marketing’ program is like buying ‘Business Insurance’ against failure.
TriVita doesn’t require you to participate in the ‘Cooperative Marketing’ program, that decision is entirely up to you. It is your business and how you choose to grow or not grow that business is your decision. However, unless you are a marketing genius, this is the best way that I have seen to steadily grow your business with the least amount of time and money invested. In order to offer the new customers to all Affiliate Members, TriVita allows you to purchase from 1 to 100 new customers each month, there are no minimum requirements, but 100 is the maximum allowed per month. So to call TriVita a network marketing company, would technically be a true statement, but you can see by reviewing the ‘Cooperative Marketing’ program, it is more than that. I would rather call it a network marketing hybrid on steroids.
I have a tendency to focus on the single most compelling reason that I became an affiliate member with TriVita, but for many the most important reason to become an affiliate member with TriVita, was the was the wide array of available products and the science, testing and quality control that goes into each and every product that TriVita offers its’ customers and affiliate members.
When Michael Ellison puts his good name on a business he stands behind that business 110%. One of the reasons he founded TriVita was the inability to find quality health supplements in the marketplace he needed. When he did his research for the quality and types of products he wanted for his own use, they were not to be found. Today TriVita is a neutraceutical industry leader. Michael Ellison continues to lead TriVita with the same high standards he has stood for his entire life.
Actually, I have kept that promise to myself, you see, I really am done wasting my time and money. I am in the right place at exactly the right time, TriVita.
